We are seeking an equity-centered strategist who leads with purpose, accountability, and an unwavering commitment to integrity. With over four years of experience in business strategy, operations, and project management, this professional understands that systems don’t change on their own — people change them. And that requires courage, advocacy, and clear intention.
Their work focuses on aligning people, process, and technology to improve outcomes not only for the organization, but for the communities it serves. They use data storytelling to reveal truths, elevate lived experience, and drive decisions grounded in fairness, transparency, and shared prosperity. Their credentials — MBA, PMP, and ITIL — reflect rigorous training, but it is their values that guide their leadership.
They have successfully led cross-functional teams through operational redesign, performance analysis, and technology transformation — centering community voice, equitable access, and accountability at every stage. They understand that data carries history, systems carry bias, and real change requires both structural solutions and human empathy.
Equally, this individual is an advocate — in practice, not just principle. They mentor emerging leaders, build inclusive learning environments, and create pathways for others to lead. Their work as a teaching assistant supporting business and analytics students demonstrates a belief that leadership is not about being at the front — it is about pulling others forward with you.

Our Community Engagement Consultants are trusted connectors who specialize in building relationships that make public work more accessible and authentic. With experience leading town halls, listening sessions, and community forums, they help turn big ideas into real conversations. They’re skilled at making people feel heard—whether in a room of 10 or 100—and work closely with clients to create welcoming spaces where community voice can inform strategy and decision-making. When we show up, we’re not just checking a box—we’re showing up prepared, present, and ready to support lasting impact.
