    Paula F. Sardinas, NBPLA, currently serves as the President/CEO of FMS Global Strategies, LLC, a #Black and other #BIPOC Governmental Affairs Advocacy firm, and The Purpose Driven Girl, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, focused on empowering #BIPOC women and girls who are often unable to use their voice— due to intersectionality and structural racism. Her public policy career spans 28 years working in Telecom, Engineering, Banking, IT, STEM, Cannabis, Social Equity, and Financial Literacy. She is a good-standing member of the National Black Professional Lobbyist Association.

    She began her career as an intern on President Bill Clinton's campaign in 1992 and served as the Statewide political director of Women for Change on the Obama Campaign in 2008 and 2012. She recently served as the Coalition builder for Pete Buttigieg and Joe Biden's Washington State Presidential campaigns.

    Paula Sardinas is a trailblazer in the world of environmental sustainability. She currently serves as a Co-Chair of the WA EV Coordinating Council and on the Board of WLIHA, ZEV and several other Boards, leading initiatives to promote renewable energy sources and combat climate change. She has been recognized for her endeavors when she was selected as a 2023 delegate to the United Nations 67th Commission on the Status of Women (CSW67). In March of 2023, The Madrona Institute further honored her contribution to leadership with their most prestigious award, naming her as recipient of their David Giuliani Climate Leadership Award.

    Sardinas earned her AA and BBA from Columbia College in Missouri and studied for her MBA at the College of William & Mary. She has also worked with and for the Administrations of Presidents Clinton, Bush, Obama, and Biden on various programs to increase opportunities and access for women and children.  She has closed out her 2020 by being named by 425 and Sound Magazine as one of the six "Women to Watch."

    Bryant Gilcrease serves as the Community Engagement Manager for FMS Global Strategies. The Community Engagement Manager reports to the COS/VP of Public Policy and oversees various community relations, MarCom relations, and political campaign contributions. As a vital member of the FMSGS team, Bryant also supports the volunteer programs at FMSGS, FMS Global Cares, and Purpose Driven Girl. He coordinates COVID-19 and Equity community events/special events.

    Bryant previously served as the legislative analyst for FMSGS from 2013 to 2016, where he supported the work of the FMSGS President/CEO by providing research assistance to legislators and legislative staff, state and local officials, media, and the general public, and participating in production legislative talking points for bills and issues being managed by FMSGS. Duties include answering reference inquiries, publishing research reports, participating in instructional activities, and involvement in specialized projects.

    Bryant is an 8-year veteran of the United States Army, a father of six, and resides in Jacksonville, FL. He has studied business at American Intercontinental University and Colorada Technical University.

    Albert Sardinas has been exemplary in his dedication to community engagement through his commitment to seeking out and elevating BIPOC voices. Through outreach initiatives like mentoring and informal meetings, Sardinas has actively encouraged collaboration and constructive dialogue among citizens of diverse backgrounds. His unwavering focus on improving the accessibility of essential resources to marginalized communities across the nation reveals a strong commitment that continues to relate positively to his work persona and his role as an influential public figure.

    Albert brings 15 years of construction, engineering, and project management to this role. He has ten years of experience in health & human services with areas of emphasis on trauma-informed care and customer care.

    In 2020 with his wife and business partner Paula, he founded Food4Good. He currently serves as the Purpose Driven Girl's Board Chair and Economic Development Chair for Tabor 100.

    Mr. Sardinas earned his AA and BA degrees at Columbia College of Missouri.

    Leslie is a dedicated and passionate advocate for social change, serving as our Marketing and Operations Director. Drawing from her own journey of resilience through a traumatic childhood, Leslie has cultivated a remarkable drive and passion for championing the rights and opportunities of underserved communities.

    Over the last six years, she has harnessed her expertise to empower non-profits in effectively communicating their stories and amplifying their impact online. Her unique talent lies in weaving narratives that ignite action and fostering engagement through visually captivating content that authentically reflects each organization's mission and values.

    Leslie's commitment extends beyond the professional sphere, as she has dedicated eight years to actively engage with her community by supporting youth sports programs. In the capacity of a coach and mentor, Leslie's unwavering dedication to empowering the next generation is palpable and evident in all facets of her life, from her advocacy work to her personal interactions.

    An embodiment of compassion and positive change, Leslie's influence has been felt far and wide. Her media recognition for leveraging her platforms to uplift the foster community is a testament to her commitment to making a meaningful impact. For consecutive years, she orchestrated the provision of 250 gifts to less fortunate children, exemplifying her compassionate leadership and commitment to effecting change.

    In her role at our advocacy firm, Leslie collaborates seamlessly with Paula, embodying a shared dedication to creating lasting change for marginalized communities. Leslie's holistic approach to service, marked by her professional acumen and unwavering passion, fuels her mission to drive equitable outcomes, one transformative endeavor at a time.
