Rooted in the ethos of 'By and For,' our mission at FMS Global Strategies is simple yet profound: authentic representation and advocacy. With a heritage tracing back five generations to enslaved individuals in Florida, we intimately understand the enduring impacts of generational poverty and systemic injustice.
For over three decades, we've dedicated ourselves to championing the rights of Black and Brown communities across multiple states. Our track record speaks volumes—we've successfully ushered over 10,000 bills into law and secured $2 billion in state and federal appropriations across twelve states. Certified in trauma-informed care and anti-Black racism, our approach is rooted in understanding all forms of oppression regardless of race; but prioritizing communities that have faced the most harm.
