At Federal, Municipal and State Global Strategies, LLC—FMS Global Strategies—our mission is to deliver authentic representation, strategic advocacy, and measurable systems change. Our work is shaped by a deep understanding of generational poverty, systemic inequity, anti-Black racism, and the lived experiences of communities that have historically been excluded from power.
As a 100% Black-owned, woman-led public affairs firm, we advance policies and investments that strengthen communities, expand opportunity, and create sustainable progress. Our record includes helping secure the passage of more than 10,000 bills and over $2 billion in state and federal appropriations across 12 states.
Through data-informed strategy, trauma-responsive engagement, trusted government relationships, and community-centered advocacy, we ensure that marginalized communities are not merely represented but meaningfully included in the decisions that shape their futures. We believe effective advocacy begins with listening, accountability, and genuine partnership.
